Job Description

Position Summary: To undertake India Factory Accounts & Finance activities, Inventory Accounting, GST Returns, TDS Returns, MIS & to provide support to global accounting team. Key Responsibilities: Performs Accounting Entries for Sales/ Purchase/Journal Entries in JDE for Factory Operations. Making bank payments to suppliers (Domestic & Import) based on their credit periods. Fixed Asset Accounting & Complete maintenance of FA Register. Managing Sundry Creditors effectively & balance confirmation with creditors. Receipt Accounting based on Bank Receipts & Debtors Balance Confirmations. Monthly ECB Compliances. Preparation & Filling of monthly GST Return GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B and preparation & filling GST Annual Return. Cost Rollup in JDE. Inventory Accounting in JDE. Monthly GST Reconciliation with 2B & electronic ledger. Preparation & Filling of GST Refund Claims Monthly / Quarterly basis. GST Payment / RCM Working & Payment of the same. Monthly TDS working & making payments of the same. Preparation & Filling of TDS (Salary/Non Salary/Scrap) etc. Returns Support Global Accounts Team in Finance & Accounts, Sundry Payables / Receivables / Payment & Bank Reconciliations. Any other work as & when required. MIS Schedules. Statutory Audit & Tax Audit Schedules. Technical/Functional Skills: Good understanding of Factory Accounts & Finance functions, GST, TDS & Indian Income Tax Provisions & must have worked in the Factory Set Up. Strong verbal and written communications skills that are well organized and persuasive. Highly motivated self-starters with the ability to learn quickly. Working Knowledge of JDE Working knowledge with Microsoft office Qualifications & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance Stream or CA Intermediate. 6- 8 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing / Factory Accounting.
