Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance and Accounting Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our finance and accounting functions, providing financial guidance and support to senior management, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and analyses to support business decisions. 2. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and filings, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. 3. Accounting Operations: Manage and oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance. 4. Financial Management: Provide financial guidance and support to senior management, including financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management. 5. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. 6. Financial Systems: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of financial systems, including accounting software and other financial tools. 7. Team Management: Lead, manage, and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. 8. Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning and decision-making, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and development. Requirements 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Preferred Certifications: CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications. 3. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting. 4. Skills: Strong technical accounting skills, excellent financial analysis and planning skills, and outstanding leadership and management abilities.
