Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, quarterly balance sheet and P & L fluctuation analysis, monthly expense variance analysis, consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations, managing Fixed Assets Accounting, balance sheet accounts reconciliations, preparing and posting journal entries, interfacing with Country Controllership and Finance teams, enforcing compliance with Firm's financial and operating policies / procedures and SOX requirements, liaising with internal/external auditors, participating in ad hoc projects, and building and maintaining positive relationships with team members, internal customers, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities - Conduct quarterly balance sheet and P & L fluctuation analysis - Analyze monthly expense variances - Manage Fixed Assets Accounting - Reconcile balance sheet accounts - Prepare and post journal entries - Interact with Country Controllership and Finance teams - Enforce compliance with financial and operating policies / procedures and SOX requirements - Collaborate with internal/external auditors - Participate in ad hoc projects - Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, internal customers, and vendors Qualifications Required: - Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification - Preferably more than 2 years of working experience in GL/AP & AR in MNC - Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Team player with the ability to work independently - Experience with US GAAP is a plus - Experience with SAP, PeopleSoft, or Large Scale ERP financial systems is a plus Additional Company Details: This section is not included in the provided Job Description.,
