The candidate should be active and ambitious to generate sales leads and close the same. The candidate shoulld be confident enough to meet with Projects Managers, Sales officers, Store managers at there Corporate offices ass well as construction sites. The Field Sales Executive shall be responsible for generating sales revenue through direct interaction with customers in their assigned territory. They focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying leads, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing support to clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying potential clients through various methods, including networking, cold calling, and referrals. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Presenting company products or services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and addressing their needs. Negotiation and Contract Closure: Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure deals and meet sales targets. Territory Management: Managing a specific sales territory, including planning routes, scheduling visits, and tracking performance. Reporting and Analysis: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, generating reports, and analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement. Product Knowledge and Training: Staying up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends through ongoing training and education. Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Addressing customer issues, resolving complaints, and finding solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborating with other teams, including marketing and customer service, to provide a positive customer experience. Essential Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Effectively communicating with clients, building rapport, and presenting information persuasively. Strong sales and negotiation skills: Successfully closing deals, negotiating contracts, and overcoming objections.
