About the Role

Field Marketing Manager

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Partner teams to translate GTM strategy into impactful field programs that directly drive revenue.


Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Strategy & Planning

  • Own the

    regional field marketing plan

    aligned with revenue goals and sales priorities.
  • Identify key markets, segments, and accounts to target through localized marketing efforts.

2. Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration

  • Plan and execute

    multi-channel demand generation campaigns

    (digital, email, paid, webinars, events).
  • Partner with sales to build

    ABM programs

    that drive engagement and conversion across key enterprise accounts.
  • Track and deliver on

    MQL, SQL, and marketing-sourced revenue

    targets.

3. Events & Partnerships

  • Conceptualize and execute

    field events, roundtables, and conferences

    to create brand visibility and drive qualified pipeline.
  • Collaborate with

    partners, resellers, and tech alliances

    to co-market and build joint GTM programs.

4. Localization & Brand Building

  • Adapt global marketing campaigns to

    fit local market nuances, cultures, and customer behaviors.

  • Manage

    PR, awards, and community initiatives

    to elevate brand presence in SEA & ANZ.

5. Analytics & Performance

  • Leverage data and dashboards to

    analyze campaign performance

    and optimize spend.
  • Report on key metrics—pipeline contribution, ROI, lead velocity, and event impact.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with

    Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Global Marketing

    teams for alignment.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, seamless handoffs, and measurable business outcomes.


Who You Are

  • 5–10 years

    of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably from a

    Series A–C or growth-stage SaaS company.

  • Strong hands-on experience in

    field marketing, demand generation, ABM, and events.

  • Proven track record of

    driving pipeline growth

    and meeting revenue-linked targets.
  • Excellent program management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Analytical, creative, and execution-focused

    , with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in

    fast-paced, global environments.

  • Willingness to

    travel across SEA & ANZ

    for events and customer engagements.
