Job Title: Senior Fashion Designer Location: Santinni, Kowdiar PO, Kerala Job Description: Santinni is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Fashion Designer specializing in bridal and ethnic wear. This role involves designing and developing custom garments, sourcing fabrics, leading the design team, and ensuring top-quality production. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in ethnic or bridal design, strong fabric and garment knowledge, and team leadership skills. Responsibilities: Create exclusive bridal and occasion wear designs aligning with Santinni’s brand. Lead a team of designers and artisans, ensuring quality and creativity. Collaborate with clients on customizations and oversee end-to-end production. Stay updated on trends and improve production workflows for timely deliveries.
