Senior Fashion Designer

As a Senior Designer at our fashion brand, you will play a crucial role in leading the design process and shaping the creative vision. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing original and seasonally aligned collections that reflect the brand's aesthetic and vision. - Managing and guiding a team of junior designers to foster their growth and development. - Collaborating with the Creative Director to ensure the brand's design direction is in line with its overall vision and strategy. - Sourcing high-quality fabrics and materials that meet the brand's standards for quality, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal. - Developing prototypes that adhere to the brand's quality and aesthetic standards. - Overseeing production and quality control processes to maintain high standards and address any issues that may arise. - Conducting trend research and analysis to keep abreast of the latest fashion trends and ensure the brand's designs remain competitive. - Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to align designs with business objectives and brand goals. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a luxury fashion brand or boutique. - Proficiency in drawing, sketching, and a strong understanding of textiles, fabrics, and materials.
