The Role

Senior Mathematics Faculty

What You’ll Do

You will:

• Design & deliver high-quality, concept-driven lectures for

  11th, 12th

  , and

  dropper

  students.
• Develop, update, and maintain curriculum and study materials, including problem sets, solutions, exam-style questions, aligned with exams like

  IAT, NEST, ISI, CMI

  , etc.
• Conduct regular assessments, analyze student performance, provide constructive feedback, and mentor students individually to maximize their potential.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive question bank and study notes that reflect the difficulty and style of top competitive exams.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty and content development teams to ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence in pedagogy.
• Stay current with mathematics education trends, exam patterns, and incorporate modern teaching tools or methods to enhance learning.

Who You Are

Must-Haves:

• Master’s degree in Mathematics;

  Ph.D. or strong research experience

  preferred.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics for competitive exams (IAT, NEST, ISI, CMI, IIT JAM, or equivalent).
• Exceptional ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in clear, intuitive ways.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students toward research and academic excellence.

Nice to Have:

• Demonstrable track record of students achieving high ranks.
• Experience in content creation, question-bank design, and use of educational technology.
• Familiarity with newer pedagogical approaches (flipped classrooms, adaptive learning, etc.).
