Solitaire is one of the leading companies in real estate domain with its premium and luxurious residential & commercial projects across Pune & Mumbai. We are hiring for our Kothrud, Pune location. Job Description:- 1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and keep strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, renters, and property investors. Function as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a prompt and professional manner. Maintain a client database and ensure exact and up-to-date records of client interactions. 2. Attend meetings and Business Conferences with prospective clients. 3. Transaction Support: Collaborate with sales agents, brokers, and legal teams to facilitate property transactions and contracts. Help clients complete necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions. 4. Preparation of all the essential documents - Stamp Duty and registration details demand note, Agreement to Sale, Possession formality Document. 5. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a prominent level of customer satisfaction by addressing any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve the company's services. 6. Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and industry developments. Provide clients with market insights and information to make informed decisions. 7. Networking and Business Development: Build a network of contacts within the organization, including agents, brokers, mortgage lenders, and legal professionals. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify new leads and business opportunities. 8. Administrative Tasks: Maintain exact records of client interactions and transactions. Prepare reports and updates on client activities for management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in customer relationship management or sales within the real estate industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations. Knowledge of housing loan and documentation process related to it. Direct experience in SFDC and SAP will be added advantage.
