Job Description

Job Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Human Resources Reports to Manager: General Manager - Plant HR Job Overview: Managing end-to-end candidate hiring and onboarding processes to ensure an overall positive experience and forming close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations. Additionally, management of complete life cycle of all employees of the plant and providing them with on going HR support as required. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Monitoring reports & smooth functioning of Scrum system Co-coordinating for Overtime data Work closely with GM HR on all compliance adherences in plant. Onboarding & Induction formalities of new hire Coordination of Buddy Program Coordination of all sorts of training interventions at plant End to end execution of Buddy program. Any other Adhoc reports related to hiring data. Design & implement Employee Engagement Calendar Preparing IR Index on Quarterly basis & monthly HR MIS Co-ordinate with YIT Females On boarding of contract labor Assist in preparing new polices & implementation. Actively participate in Annual Family Picnic, New Year celebration etc. big events IATF 16949 Documentation related to HR function. Licenses and Certifications: Experience of managing online Applicant system, SAP Success Factors Modules , online Onboarding process in SAP Success Factors, and other HR aspects of digitalization. Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work easily in a matrix environment • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, job portals, and professional networks • Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize • Digital proficiency • Maintaining confidentiality • Evidence of having a passion for working with people and working beyond the confines of the job description. • Interpersonal Sensitivity Skills • Event management and public speaking skills.
