Job Description

Overseeing STP/ETP operation & Maintenance, treatment techniques, scheduling pretreatment& producing treated water for gardening to meet standard KSPCB norms Maintaining STP/ETP chemical inventory ,ETP/STP daily log sheet data documentation Monitoring of proper segregation, storage and disposal of Hazardous/Non Hazardous/Solod waste/Process waste/Biomedical waste Fulfil PCB compliances by generating and maintain data/records/agreements related to STP/ETP/waste management On time fulfilment of PCB statutory compliances& monthly /Annual Submissions (Form-3,Form 4,Form -5,Form-10) Monthly environmental monitoring(Ambient air/Stacks/Noise monitoring/ETP inlet Treated water analysis to full fill KSPCB norms and comply with standards. Ensure Annual inspection of pressure vessels/Safety valves/lifts Hoists Provide fire extinguishers training ,monthly maintenance refilling activity annually Monthly emergency equipment inspection and maintenance Preparation and Implementation of EHS SOPs &checklists Incident/accident reporting & implementing corrective measures Submission of statutory records to safety departments
