Job Description

Customer Engagement Referral Sales (Based out of RO): Make welcome calls to new and loyal customers, mention the key USPs about referral program and seek direct visit appointments to brief about the referral program. Provide a warm and friendly experience; address any initial queries or concerns and follow-up until prospective leads are converted to referrals. Manage customer interactions and relationships throughout the project tenure. Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, addressing their doubts and concerns promptly regarding referrals and connect them to CRM/Sales team for purchase related queries. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, CRM) to provide seamless customer experience. Update customer records and interactions in the system; maintain accurate and updated information on the progress of their referrals. Make monthly engagement calls to referrers and update them on regional events, new project details, enquire about prospects and stay connected with them.
