Job Description: Senior Executive – Operations (Sikar)

Position: Senior Executive – Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end transportation and logistics operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Oversee waste management activities, ensuring compliance with project guidelines and timelines.
• Handle team supervision, including planning, monitoring, and guiding field staff for efficient operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for project execution and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, data management, analysis).
• Monitor manpower deployment, vehicle movement, and operational performance across project sites.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks, proper documentation, and operational discipline.
• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project handling and operational planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum experience in transportation, logistics, and waste management operations.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP mandatory).
• Ability to handle teams and manage field operations effectively.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
