FinAdvantage operates out of 4 Geographies Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, and Chicago. Role and Responsibilities Perform/Supervise bookkeeping and tax services, as well as special projects, to our clients and provide internal accounting solutions as needed. Work with stakeholders and technology to define and implement controls across the transaction reporting cycle. Experience in controls and reconciliations. Own the end-to-end client experience for a diverse portfolio of clients. Drive key financial reporting, analysis and timely reporting. Support the enhancement and compliance of finance processes, standards, and systems. Collaborate with Management to ensure common standards and best practices are implemented within the US (United States) clients. Preferred Skills Expert knowledge in accounting packages like Quick books, Zoho and Netsuite. Ability to manage Bill.com and perform AP/AR reconciliations. Become familiar with US business and financial processes. International experience working with multiple time zones and cultures preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications Semi Qualified, Master of Commerce or MBA Finance. Minimum of 5 years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience. Minimum of 2 year of client-facing experience. Good to have Management experience; strong communication skills, thorough understanding of business principles and practices; superior attention to detail; organizational skills; problem-solving skills; analytical skills; multi-tasking skills. Work Timing; Flexible working hours- European/US timings.
