Job Description
About the Role:
- Prepare monthly billing, cost sheets & validate vendor invoices.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS (attendance, manpower, consumption, SLA/KPI).
- Act as client-facing representative for updates, escalations & communication.
- Support soft services operations (housekeeping, pantry, helpdesk documentation).
- Ensure high grooming standards and customer service excellence.
About You:
- Graduate (BHM/Graduate preferred).
- Hospitality background required; Facility Management experience preferred.
- Strong MS Excel & reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, grooming & client-handling capabilities.
