Job Description

Lead and manage formulation development for cosmetic and personal care products with a focus on innovation, stability, and regulatory compliance. Oversee lab-scale trials, coordinate with production for scale-up, and ensure quality and performance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product concepts and improve existing formulations.
