Job Description

Experience : - 6-7 years of relevant experience Qualification - Any graduate Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Negotiate terms and prices to ensure the best deals for the company. Purchase Order Processing: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries in alignment with project timelines and business needs. Market Research: Continuously research market trends to identify new suppliers, products, and opportunities for cost savings. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage contracts to secure favorable terms for the company while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain adequate stock levels and avoid overstocking or stockouts. Budgeting and Cost Control: Work closely with the finance team to ensure procurement stays within budget and identify areas for cost reduction without compromising on quality. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier information, and contracts. Provide regular procurement reports to management. Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and compliance with local, national, and international regulations. Address any supply chain or procurement-related issues promptly. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as finance, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth procurement processes. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation. Strong understanding of procurement software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry best practices and market trends. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
