Key Accountabilities (Deliverables) Ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize efficiency. Monitor and maintain quality control measures to meet product standards. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for raw material availability. Lead and mentor production teams to improve overall performance. Key Activities & Responsibilities Supervise daily production operations and ensure workflow efficiency. Maintain quality control processes to meet industry and company standards. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity. Collaborate with inventory and procurement teams for timely raw material availability. Train and supervise technicians and operators for skill enhancement.
