Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive to lead our Production team at Taj Pharma, with 4-7 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance production processes and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Lead and motivate a team of production staff to meet targets.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in production management within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
