Job Description

You will be responsible for identifying and developing new international business opportunities in the education, healthcare, and training sectors. Your role will involve executing strategies to achieve business targets and revenue goals across multiple global locations. You will lead B2B and institutional sales efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and partnership negotiations. Managing and growing existing business relationships to maximize long-term collaboration and profitability will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support the creation, review, and execution of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), collaboration agreements, and other partnership contracts. Representing StudyMEDIC in strategic meetings, events, and international forums to promote institutional partnerships is essential. Working closely with the marketing team, you will develop promotional and brand outreach strategies for international markets. Planning and executing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to enhance brand visibility and lead generation will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing business proposals, concept notes, tender submissions, and RFP responses to ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company goals and compliance standards. Your role will involve assisting in the creation and implementation of international expansion strategies for new markets and regions. Furthermore, you will support senior management in forecasting, planning, and performance tracking for international projects. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, international partnerships, or strategic alliances (preferably in education, training, or healthcare sectors). - Proven record in sales and partnership development across international markets. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Strong ability to build relationships and network with diverse stakeholders. - Knowledge of drafting MOUs, contracts, and partnership documentation. - Flexibility to work across time zones and travel internationally as required. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position. English language proficiency is required. You must have a personal laptop and be willing to bring it to work. The work location is in person.,
