Job Description

Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Order Processing (E-Commerce Operations)
Drive a smooth, accurate, and high-speed order journey across marketplaces and D2C channels. Own the pick–pack–ship flow, resolve exceptions fast, and ensure every order meets SLA and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete order lifecycle: ingestion → validation → allocation → pick-pack-ship → invoicing → manifesting.
Coordinate with warehouse teams for daily dispatch priorities; ensure portal-wise packaging & labeling compliance.
Monitor dispatch SLAs/OTD and proactively resolve order exceptions, delays, RTOs, and returns.
Maintain trackers/MIS; reconcile COD/prepaid payments and marketplace remittances with finance.
Identify and drive improvements in accuracy, speed, and cost per order.

Qualifications

2-3 years Experience in e-commerce operations/order processing.
Hands-on with marketplace panels, WMS, and shipping aggregators.
Strong process discipline, documentation skills, and communication.

Success Metrics

Dispatch SLA adherence & OTD%.
Pick/pack accuracy, order defects & return rates.
Cost per order & exception closure TAT.
Billing and reconciliation accuracy.
