Senior Executive or Asst Manager Quality - Domestic & Exports

Role & responsibilities

1. The role holder is accountable for establishing robust Quality Management System for end to end operations (Customer To Customer) in the organization by handling Customer concerns under any given circumstances, providing appropriate recommendations / solutions on quality performance, bringing confidence to the customer on product application, improving internal processes, building in-house capability, reducing rejections and compliance through quality tools and techniques, adhering to customer visit plan, implementing digitization in customer quality and initiating & sponsoring quality oriented CFT projects in order to achieve the business plan goals (Rejections, COPQ, Customer Rating, Warranty Complaints etc.) of the organization
2. Establish Quality Culture through designing, developing, implementing and improving Quality Standards and Quality Control Processes in-line with customer's requirement in order to meet Organizational Objectives of Manufacturing Excellence and Customer Centricity
3. Establish and nourish a strong quality management system for effectively managing quality at various stages viz. incoming, In-process and out-going quality ; ensure adherence to customer visit plan, regular Interactions with customers in order to meet customer requirements, engaging with customers and gathering product feedback and thus increase productivity and delivery performance
4. Focus on cost control / cost reduction initiatives; ensure establishment and maintenance of capable processes through a culture of fact based analysis & management and strong adherence to systems and standards, in order to ensure that they align with current trends
5. Become a 'Role Model' to establish TQM Culture and drive Total Employee Involvement (TEI) through regular reviews; deploy and monitor the progress of quality oriented CFTs and take a lead to ensure 100% adherence in IATF 16949, SHE & ERP in order to achieve business results
6. Formulate strategies to increase productivity and facilitate for Training, motivating, and coaching, employees to ensure that quality standards are met through-out the manufacturing operations
