Key Responsibilites:

• Identify opportunities, plan, develop and effectively implement lean tools / activities to drive operational excellence in various functions and areas.
• Manage the deployment of lean tools like –
  • Hoshin-Kanri
  • Shop Floor Meeting (SFM)
  • Single Minute Exchange of Die’s (SMED)
  • Time-Motion Studies
  • Value Stream Mapping/Value Flow Diagram
  • Autonomous Maintenance
  • Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA)
• Support management in making best possible utilization of in-house tools like
  • EBPMS
  • Productivity Tracker
  • Yield Tracker
• Facilitate in developing a lean culture throughout organization through various initiatives.
• Support various departments in undertaking cost saving projects and monitor the same using the DO IT report.
• Participate in review meetings and contribute required data related to Operational parameters.
• Contribute towards adoption of B|Braun operations excellence model.
• Any other activity or responsibility assigned by the reporting manager.
