Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 7 years of experience to lead our digital marketing efforts in the beauty, fitness, and spa services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Roles and Responsibility

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Develop, implement, track, optimize, and maintain our digital marketing presence across all channels.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence to engage with customers and promote our brand.
Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
Set up and optimize Google Adwords campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Analyze website analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
Working knowledge of ad serving tools to manage ad campaigns.
Ability to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Strong understanding of online marketing principles and best practices.
