Job Overview:

We are looking for an honest, dedicated, and hardworking Assistant Manager for the IT Department who possesses strong expertise in CCTV networking, NVR/DVR systems, and hardware & desktop support. The candidate must be flexible and willing to travel or relocate to other project sites as per work requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day IT operations, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and network support.
• Manage and maintain CCTV setups, including installation, configuration, and monitoring of Cameras, NVRs, and DVRs.
• Provide technical support for hardware, networking issues, and desktop/laptop setups.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of IT equipment across sites.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Travel to different company sites as required for installations, repairs, or project-related tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades and maintenance.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets and service reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of CCTV networking, IP cameras, NVR/DVR handling, and related security systems.
• Expertise in hardware & networking, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and desktop configuration.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues independently.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and sense of responsibility.
• Flexible to travel frequently to different sites based on work requirements.
• Honest, hardworking, and committed towards organizational objectives.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support and CCTV/networking.
• Must be comfortable traveling or relocating to other project sites as per operational needs.
• Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
