Senior Executive Inventory Management

Position Title: Senior Executive Inventory ManagementExperience Required: 2-5 years

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive Inventory Management to oversee day-to-day inventory operations, stock accuracy, documentation, and system updates. The role involves coordination with multiple departments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth stock flow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions in the inventory management system.

Manage the inward process of orders and ensure proper documentation.

Assign daily tasks to team members for efficient workflow.

Perform stock counts (dailyweeklymonthly) and reconcile any discrepancies.

Monitor stock levels and generate alerts to avoid shortages or stock-outs.

Track movement of materials throughout the facility.

2. Stock Planning Control

Assist in planning stock replenishment based on demand forecasts and historical usage.

Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely stock availability.

Ensure proper stock rotation and adherence to best inventory control practices.

3. Documentation Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Maintain GRN (Goods Received Note), stock transfer, and material issue documentation.

Review and update stock-related SOPs to improve operational efficiency.

4. Coordination Communication

Collaborate with purchasing, sales, production, and logistics teams.

Report critical shortages, excess stock, and quality issues to management on priority.

5. System Process Management

Update and maintain inventory data in WMS (Warehouse Management System).

Enhance accuracy through system checks, cycle counts, and data validation.

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to streamline inventory operations.
