Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve daily targets through outbound calls, emails, and chats.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new sales opportunities by prospecting for potential customers through social media platforms, online marketplaces, and industry events.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements :

1-2 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (e.g., insurance sales).
Strong background in credit card sales, domestic sales, or telecalling/telemarketing.
Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly quotas in an inbound/outbound environment.
