Role Overview:

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and executing core HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operations. This role will contribute to enhancing the overall employee experience and ensuring HR best practices are followed across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to junior-level roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
Handle onboarding process and documentation for new hires.

HR Operations:

Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.
Manage employee life cycle activities - confirmation, transfers, exits, etc.
Support in handling HR audits and compliance requirements.

Payroll Compliance:

Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly inputs (leaves, attendance, new joiners/exits).
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) in coordination with relevant teams.

Employee Engagement Communication:

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Handle grievance redressal, employee feedback, and support in HR policy implementation.

Performance Management Support:

Assist in the execution of the performance appraisal process.
Ensure timely goal setting, reviews, and feedback collection.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
