We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive HR with a strong focus on recruitment operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, while also supporting key HR functions such as onboarding, attendance management, HR Op’s and compliance. This role is ideal for someone looking to specialize in talent acquisition while gaining broad exposure to generalist HR responsibilities.
· Manage the entire recruitment life cycle – from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews to offer rollouts.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
· Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media and referrals.
· Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, etc.).
· Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interview rounds with stakeholders.
· Handle candidate communication and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
· Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires, ensuring documentation and background verification.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
· Monitor and maintain attendance and leave records.
· Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy updates.
· Support employee engagement activities and performance review coordination.
· Ensure compliance with internal policies and labour law regulations.
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 6- 7+ years of hands-on experience in HR, with at least 5 year focused on recruitment or talent acquisition.
· Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and HRMS platforms (e.g., PocketHRMS etc.).
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
· Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
· Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
· HR certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
· Experience working in a fast-paced/startup or mid-sized organization is a plus
