Job Title: HR Executive Experience: 3-4 Years Location: Indore Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with a strong background in technical recruitment and HR operations . The ideal candidate should have experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding, employee engagement, exit formalities, and induction. Knowledge of payroll will be an added advantage. If you have a passion for people management and a keen eye for talent, we would love to have you on our team Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies. Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing techniques to attract top talent. Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews with the respective departments. Ensure a smooth candidate experience from interview to onboarding. HR Operations: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. Conduct induction sessions and facilitate the integration of new employees into the organization. Handle exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and ensure proper documentation. Drive employee engagement initiatives and organize team-building activities. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Collaborate with the payroll team to provide accurate employee data (payroll experience is a plus). Show more Show less
