**Job Description:** As an MBA HR with 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee relations as an HR generalist, you will be responsible for: - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Handling HR operations tasks such as onboarding, attendance management, and employee database maintenance. - Providing support in employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
