(Authorized Mahindra Dealership) Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh Position: Senior Executive – HR Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager/Dealer Principal Job Summary: Star Automobiles (MP) Ltd., an authorized Mahindra dealership, is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – HR to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in the automobile dealership sector. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Identify staffing needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate with department heads. Manage onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees. Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and reward programs. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. Payroll & Compliance: Process payroll, attendance, leave records, and salary structures. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations like PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Labor Laws. Maintain HR records, employee database, and exit formalities. Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize employee development programs. Coordinate with external trainers and internal teams for skill enhancement sessions. Monitor employee performance and suggest career growth opportunities. HR Operations & Reporting: Manage HR documentation, policy updates, and disciplinary procedures. Generate HR reports for management decision-making. Implement HRMS software for efficient data management. Key Skills & Requirements: Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Experience: 3-7 years in HR operations, preferably in the automobile or dealership industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, payroll management, and labor laws.
