Key Responsibilities: 1. Manpower Planning Analyze current and future workforce requirements. Collaborate with departmental heads to forecast staffing needs and develop hiring plans. Ensure alignment of manpower planning with organizational goals. 2. Recruitment Ensure end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and diversity hiring standards. 3. Employee Issues Redressal Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and concerns. Investigate and resolve issues in a timely and confidential manner. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication. 4. Employee Satisfaction Survey Design and conduct quarterly and annual employee satisfaction surveys. Analyze survey results to identify areas for improvement. Develop action plans to enhance the working environment and employee engagement. 5. Employee Attrition Monitor and analyze attrition rates and trends. Identify root causes of employee turnover and implement retention strategies. Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for continuous improvement. 6. Training and Development Assess training needs and develop programs to address skill gaps. Organize and monitor training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and track employee progress. 7. Employee Motivation Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and motivation. Monitor and reward employee achievements and contributions. Promote work-life balance and wellness programs. 8. Organizational Culture Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture. Drive initiatives that reflect company values and promote teamwork. Regularly review and enhance cultural practices to align with company vision. Qualifications and Skills: Masters degree in Human Resource Management or related field. 7 -9 years of experience in HR, preferably in Manufacturing industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Reduction in employee attrition rates. Successful completion of recruitment within stipulated timelines. Improvement in employee satisfaction survey scores. Effectiveness of training programs and development initiatives.
