Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates according to specified criteria. Schedule interviews with the HR Manager. 2. Document Collection: Gather relevant documents for interviews and send them to the HR Manager. Collect documents required for joining formalities and maintain organized files. Form 11 & Form F To be duly filled and signed by both the employee and the management. 3. Onboarding of employee: Handling the onboarding formalities Completing the induction in one day Informing the management of the completion of the induction of the employee 4. Exit Process Management: Handle the exit process by sending the Exit Process Document for employees who have resigned. Keep the HR Manager informed of the resignation and exit process. 5. Attendance Management: Perform the first level of attendance sheet checking. Forward the checked attendance sheet to the HR Manager for approval and further processing. 6. Late Arrival Monitoring: Identify latecomers and report them to their respective managers. 7. Meeting Minutes Preparation: Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for HR meetings. Circulate the MOM within the HR Department. 8. Taking care of Employee Insurance: Adding employees to the health insurance package if the employee opts for Informing the insurance agency of the same Informing the accounts dept of all payments related to insurance 9. PF & ESI of Employees: o To check and add employees to the PF & ESI accounts. Form 11 mandatory. 0 Maintaining PF records 10. Payroll Management : Assisting the HR Manager in the payroll management Qualities: Strong organizational skills Attention to detail Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle confidential information Note: This job description outlines the primary duties and responsibilities for the position of HR Assistant.
