Roles & Responsibilities: Should handle HR operations / Query Handling / Good in Statutory Min 4 to 7 years experience in Business HR Should have exposure of handling 500+ people. Hands on with Recruitment process Exposure in hiring senior level resources Should have an exposure to conducting town halls / R&R / Employee engagement initiatives Coordinate with Domain for the Learning requirement and analyse the need Coordinate with L&D team for people development of the domain and follow-up. Exposure in driving PMS and review systems / Resource movement process / Disciplinary process / Exit Process Exposure in Developing Career development plan and Job Analysis Exposed to Quality systems like ISO processes and Audits Excellent in HR analytics / Data Management Hands on with any HRMS system and understanding of HRMS functional requirement Need to manage different domains in Chennai with multiple locations split
