Job Description

Role & responsibilities To drive the concepts of Safety in the E&I Maintenance Dept. and to ensure that there are Zero Accidents at the Maintenance Department Responsible for taking up the Safety Trainings that are given by the Safety Manager, imbibe the concepts, and implement the same in his department Constantly train his department members on Safety Rules and Regulations, SOPs and other protocols Responsible for E&I Maintenance & Project involving E&I jobs of the site. To establish and ensure proper Maintenance Procedures for all equipments in E&I Maintenance Department. To ensure that these Maintenance Procedures are strictly adhered to ensure availability of Plant & Machinery. Maintaining and updating yearly calibration schedule for appropriate E&l Equipment’s. Establish proper systems for Project Management to complete the approved projects on time and within the budget. Ensure smooth operations / functioning of the Department. Preparation of Inquiry Documents and conducting Pre & Post Order Technical Clarification meetings with the vendors. Preparation of FAM and CI Budgets for the plant and monitoring the costs with focus on Reliability and Process Improvements. Execution of Internal audit and Support to External audit and proper closing of all audit points pertaining to the department. Involve in the preparation and review of relevant procedures, work instructions or quality documentation for E&I Maintenance Function. Training on all fronts effecting plant and product quality to people and tracking and measuring the training Establish, implement and maintain the Quality Management System as per the requirements (ISO 9001 and other systems) in the E&I Maintenance Department. Driving the development of working culture towards an empowered and strongly HSE, Reliability and 5s-focused operating unit and ensure best-in-class quality operations.
