Senior Executive - Order Processing (E-Commerce Operations)

Ensure accurate, timely order flow from marketplaces/D2C through pick-pack-ship with complete documentation and issue resolution. Govern SLA adherence and customer experience KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle: ingest, validation, allocation, pick-pack-ship, invoicing, and manifesting.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for dispatch priorities; ensure packaging and labeling compliance by portal.
• Monitor SLAs for dispatch/OTD; handle exceptions, escalations, and returns/RTO reconciliation.
• Maintain trackers/MIS and reconcile with finance for COD/prepaid and marketplace remittances.
• Drive continuous improvements in accuracy, speed, and cost per order.

Qualifications

• Relevant Experience in e-commerce operations/order processing.
• Hands-on with marketplace panels/WMS/shipping aggregators.
• Process discipline, documentation rigor, and strong communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
