Role & responsibilities 1. Ensure Correctness of specifications of all civil items as a part of basic design 2. Contractor management 3. Organizing skills and number of people required for putting up a project 4. Compliance to the project cost for civil area 5. Ensure Timely completion of civil activities 6. Ensure quality of materials purchased 7. Audit the design & erection work 8. Review contractor performance & propose for changes to meet quality and time targets 9. Makes sure that correct technical data for design of buildings is shared with detailed engineering consultant 10. Follow the designs provided by the detailed engineering consultants and effectively transfer the requirements to contractor personnel 11. Monitor & report the expenses on various projects throughout the year to meet the project cost targets 12. Regularly interact with procurement team to give advance information of items to be procured and to stress the Quality requirements of purchased items 13. Ensure adherence to approved checklists for design and construction of plant buildings Preferred candidate profile Qualification: B.tech (Civil Engineering) full Time Experience: Minimum 4- Maximum 8 years Location: Anywhere in north India Industry: Preferrably Manufacturing Industry
