Senior Executive - Business Development

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive Business Development at Flex, you will play a crucial role in supporting the extraordinary teams in building great products and contributing to the company's growth. Your typical day will involve customer management, arranging meetings, preparing presentations, liaising with global business development teams, and working closely with various internal teams to provide necessary information for quote management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customers, including new business development and expanding existing business - Organize customer meetings, visits, and factory line tours - Prepare and deliver customer presentations - Provide information on site capabilities and assess the value of business proposals - Make decisions on accepting new business proposals and setting benchmarks - Coordinate with business development teams globally for all Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Chennai sites - Collaborate with business development, technical, Industrial Engineering (IE), and material management teams - Work closely with the quote manager until the quote is finalized - Understand corporate guidelines and approval processes for quotes in different segments - Possess strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and associated profit and loss details - Prepare quotes related to manufacturing processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a Master's degree - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Customer Management, preferably in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry Additional Details of the Company: Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner that collaborates with market-leading brands to design, build, and deliver innovative products that contribute to improving the world.
