Job Description

Strategic - 1) Deciding the frequency of Preventive & Predictive maintenance based on past learnings, break down trend & RCCA. 2) Implementation / Ensuring Digitization TPM & SAP-PM Module as per business requirement, 1) Managing the sub-ordinates to work on holidays time , as not to effect production hours. 2) Conducting trainings on operation of equipments Execution / Implementation - 1) Adherence of Preventive Maintenance & Autonomous Mainteance 2) Maintaining the Availability of equipments for production by Technical and Maintenance support to Assembly / Internal customers including addition , alternation , Modifications etc. 3) Facilatiting for new projects implementation from PEM side 4) Complete implementation of SAP PM Module up to End user Usage & Training for new projects also 5) Taking initiatives for Cost saving , KAIZENS , Poka-yokes for safety related from PEM 6) Adherence to availability of critical mechanical and hand tools spares 7) Identifying & Preparing list of mechanical and hand tools spares & Planning for inventory of same 8) RCCA for each mechanical break downs & exploring possibility of MTTR / MTBF Kaizen. 9) Compliance related to AS 9100, SAP & EHS. Administrative / Co-Ordination - 1) Co-ordination to team members and contract employees for regular activities. 2) Co-Ordination with team towards achieving audits like AS9100C , OHSAS , ISO5001 etc
