Website - www.cibpl.org Summary The Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Sales is responsible for business development, managing existing client base, for General Insurance Products. This role requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. Reports to: Executive Vice President (Sales) Designation: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Sales Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan. Key Responsibilities – Sales Planning: · Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify business opportunities. Client Relationship Management: · Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients. · Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. · Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Business Development: · Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector. · Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. · Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities. Role Expectations: · Graduation is a MUST. A Master’s degree is a plus. · Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales within the insurance industry, with at least 2 years of experience in handling General Insurance Products. · Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services.
