Inventory Management: a) Reconcile the inventory records for a complete and accurate count. b) Assists loss prevention departments with any investigation when required. c) Work on inventory control software. Service Desk: a) Train junior members on internal and external interaction b) Handle software request and cater end-user requirement. License Requirements: a) Support SW publishers audit(s) awareness in mitigating license gaps, penalties, etc. b) Maintain track of global purchase, allocation of Licenses and Services
