Job Location:Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of liquid, juices, powder, capsule, Tablets and chyawanprash production sections.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Ayush and other regulatory standards.
• Optimise production processes to meet quality, efficiency, and cost targets.
• Supervise production staff and provide training and development as needed.
• Coordinate with quality control, QC & QA maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure a safe working environment for production staff

• Oversee all aspects of production activities within the liquid, powder, capsule, and Tablet sections of the Ayurveda plant.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet demand while ensuring optimal resource utilisation and adherence to quality standards
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets and quality goals.
• Provide guidance and training to ensure that staff members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as QC & QA maintenance, Store, to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise.
• Maintain accurate production records, including BMR & Logbooks, and production reports.
• Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and implementing preventive measures to minimise hazards and mitigate risks associated with production activities
