Job Description

Location : Ghaziabad Department : Sales & Marketing Experience Required: 5–10 years Salary Range : β‚Ή30,000 – β‚Ή60,000 per month Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive – Aftermarket Sales to manage and grow the sales of pistons and piston rings in the aftermarket segment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of engine components, distribution networks, and have a proven track record in_ B2B and channel sales and LinkedIn Marketing. _ Key Responsibilities: ● Drive aftermarket sales of pistons and piston rings across assigned territory. ● Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers. ● Manage and grow relationships with existing channel partners. ● Conduct regular market visits to track competition, gather customer feedback, and support partners. ● Implement promotional strategies to increase product visibility and market share. ● Collaborate with the technical team to address product issues and ensure customer satisfaction. ● Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights. ● Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management. ● Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables Qualifications & Skills: ● Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field (preferred). ● 5–10 years of experience in aftermarket sales, specifically for automotive engine components. ● Strong knowledge of pistons and piston rings and their applications. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Familiar with distributor/channel sales model and rural market dynamics. ● Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
