Senior Executive Accounts Receivable & GST

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & GST Executive who has strong experience in the Food Retail/Retail sector. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end receivables, collections follow-ups, reconciliation, and GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations
• Track outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
• Coordinate with stores, sales teams, and customers for payment follow-ups
• Prepare customer account reconciliations and aging reports
• Record receipts and maintain accurate AR ledgers
• Handle GST working, monthly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and reconciliation
• Assist in audits, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting

Requirements

• B.Com/M.Com or related qualification
• Experience in Food Retail/Retail industry is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and collections
• Hands-on experience in GST filings and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
