Senior Engineering Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead and manage our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of our technology products and services. Roles and Responsibilites: Manage a team of engineers and technical leads, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high-quality work Lead the development of our technology products and services, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget Develop and maintain software development best practices, including coding standards, testing procedures, and deployment strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality products and services Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes and practices Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering regulations and standards. Skills Required Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field 5-7 years of experience in software engineering and development 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Agile development methodologies.
