Job Title: Sr. Engineer/AM Quality (QA/Process/Customer) Experience: 3 to 10years Education: Diploma / B.Tech Salary: Negotiable Location: Manesar & Bawal (Haryana)/ Kadi (Gujarat) Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Engineer/ AM Quality (QA/Process/Customer) to join our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing designated Quality function in a high precision / Safety critical Sheet metal /stamping parts manufacturing automotive Industry. Knowledge of MIG/ SPOT/ Projection Welding process will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities: Will work as a shift in charge Process Quality, Product Quality, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality etc. Ensure customer quality is on top. Trouble shooting, problem solving. Ensure Quality systems are maintained in all the functions in plant. Quality Audits, Customer interaction, Coordination among other functions Ensure Zero defect supplies to customers. QMS implementation, SPC study 4M Change & Retro data review & monitoring reporting. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills are a must. Self-driven with a proactive approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) .
