Hands-on experience of working at ERP Software- Materials Management Module.
Proficiency in SAP supply chain management processes with expertise in purchase to pay process.
Responsible for uploading of approved budget in the ERP software.
Responsible for overall planning, verification and processing of invoices received from vendors as per project execution and schedule.
Negotiations, Commercial Closure and award of order related to Balance of Plant works (electrical and civil) to vendors related to a wind project.
Hands on Experience of negotiation, closure, implementation and administration for big value equipment and services.
In-depth knowledge of commercial terms and taxation.
Coordination with Finance and Accounts team to ensure timely payments to meet the project requirements.
Responsible for MIS reporting of all orders and payments processed.
Excellent communication skills working with business users; understanding business requirements and providing a solution within the MM module and other modules.
Effectively communicating project and work-related information to team members.
Quickly learning existing business processes while combining knowledge from multiple disciplines. Good understanding of configuration dependencies and interrelationships between different functional modules of ERP Software.
Strong organizational skills.
Handling multiple project assignments simultaneously.
