What you will be doing at Evalueserve

• Project Contribution: Take an active role in designing, developing, and delivering engineering solutions that align with project goals and client expectations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers and team members, sharing knowledge and assisting with code reviews to support mutual growth and high coding standards.
• Testing & Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in testing activities, including unit, functional and integration testing, to ensure the reliability and stability of our products.
• Security Consciousness: Be mindful of security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, helping to safeguard our systems and user data.
• Learning & Improvement: Stay curious and open to learning, exploring new technologies and approaches that can help improve our products and processes.
• Communication: Clearly share updates on your work, discuss technical challenges, and contribute ideas during team meetings or discussions, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle technical challenges as they arise, seeking guidance from more experienced colleagues as needed and helping to keep projects on track.
• Any experience in natural language processing, machine learning, data science, or building solutions using generative AI would be a plus.
• Any experience in DevOps, automation, and infrastructure-as-code would be a plus.
• Any experience on Linux would be a plus.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) would be a plus.

What were looking for

• Bachelors or masters in computer science engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years Python software engineering experience.
• Proficient in choosing effective data structures and algorithms.
• Track record of on-time, within-budget feature delivery.
• Intermediate skills in Python, Django, or FastAPI .
• Experienced with Agile methods and project management tools.
• Solid grasp of modern development practices (microservices, cloud computing, CI/CD).
• Strong communicator, adept at explaining technical topics to varied audiences.
• Excels in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
• Advanced knowledge of Python core libraries and frameworks, including any one of Django, Flask, and FastAPI .
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Comfortable with writing unit tests and using testing frameworks such as pytest .
• Ability to optimize code for efficiency and scalability.
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and task queues (e.g., Celery, asyncio ).
• Understanding of containerization and deployment processes using Docker.
• Basic familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
