Job Description- Role Profile / Key Functions / Role Challenge 1. Preparation of Mass & Energy balance. 2. Process Equipment specifications (PDS / TDS), Equipment layout, ULDS, P&ID's, PFD's and BD 3. Estimation of utilities 4. Pre-commissioning of the process plant. 5. Implementation and application of the various design and safety standards. 6. Process design for batch, semi continuous and continuous process. 7. Techno-commercial evaluation, tender documents, troubleshooting and energy conservation activities. 8. Energy conservation and troubleshooting and Process optimization. 9. Carry out simulations using softwares such as Chemcad, Hysis, ASPEN, HTRI, etc 10. Preparation of SOPs, manuals and standards for process design/optimization. 11. Functions involves coordination and monitoring, reporting. 12. Reports preparations and presentation. Competency Profile: Knowledge / Skills / Attitude Chemical Engineer, Experience in consultancy services, in depth knowledge of Basic & Detailed engineering, various design codes, best practices and process softwares Directions to the inspections and installation team. Good coordination, monitoring and controlling skills. Technically sound and hard worker.
